The Legend Of South Coast
The Legend of South Coast is a capstone project developed by Dark Myth Studio, a 10-member team from Binus University, and published on itch.io. The game follows Raka, a content creator trapped in the spirit world after testing the myth of the South Coast, as he solves puzzles and overcomes supernatural obstacles to return to reality, guided by a mysterious black cat. Featuring a Changing Dimensions mechanic and pixel art visuals, the game blends mysticism and horror with atmospheric music. While the black cat was intended as a key gameplay element, it was reduced to a symbolic presence due to time and technical constraints. The project highlights the team’s collaborative effort across design, programming, and art to create a polished and immersive gaming experience.
